Call NW Discoveries at 503-524-9192.

Registration will require your name, trip selection date & time, number of participants in your group and credit card number.

A Liability Release Form must be signed upon arrival at the meet location.

NW Discoveries will contact all fax/mail registrants to confirm their registration.

Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Partial and Full Day trips

Payment: Full payment is due upon registration.

Cancellation/Refund:

• Full refund or credit is available up to 5 days prior to trip. Except Mt. St. Helens hike trips. (For Mt. St. Helens hike trips, no refunds unless a replacement is found)
• No refunds with less than 5 days notice prior to trip. For medical or family emergencies, a 50% credit on a future NW Discoveries trip will be issued.
• Full refund is issued if NW Discoveries cancels the trip.
• Trips are not canceled unless it is considered unsafe to drive. On the rare chance of a trip being canceled a message will be left at 503-524-9192 after 6:30 a.m. on the day of the trip. We plan on having an enjoyable time in the outdoors whether it is snowing, raining or sunny.
